Sodium Di Methyl Dithio Carbamate (SDMDC)
SDMDC is used in the manufacture of water treatment chemicals as a micro biocide in anti-algae and anti-fungi in water treatment. It is also used in the manufacture of the Ziram fungicide.
Applications: Ingredient / precursor, Bactericide, biocide, used in sugar mills, ingredient in manufacture of leather chemicals, paper chemicals, water treatment/cooling tower chemicals; finds applications in large cooling tower, spray foams to prevent algae formation .
